 (What you need to know)

  • Your experience should be nothing less than perfect, that's why your feedback is important to me! Please speak up during the massage if something is not to your liking (e.g. room temperature too cold, massage oil too warm) so I can correct it during the massage/treatment, afterwards I am unable to change that what was bothering you!

  • I am asking all my first time customers if they would fill in a short intake form. This will help me create a good picture of your needs and would only take about 5-10 minutes of your time. For the punctual client; you will find the intended forms in the waiting room of the practice!

  • To maintain a high hygienic standard in my practice, for myself and my patients, I ask you to regard the list of contra indications which I have described for you. Unfortunately there are certain matters which are outside my area of expertise and do not allow me to treat. For more information see the section ''Massage contraindications'' above..

  • Please take all your jewellery (wedding rings, ear rings, bracelets, necklaces) off before the massage starts.

  • Please visit the bathroom before the massage starts. Surely we can interrupt the massage if need be, but it will influence the flow of the treatment.

  • Before every massage it is necessary to undress, how much depends on the massage you booked. Undressing is possible inside the massage room, behind a folding screen / room divider for your own privacy.

  • Discretion is undervalued in my line of work, please be advised to wear a slip or boxer shorts during the massages.

  • A treatment is not a massage. All treatments include an entire or part of a (wellness) massage, but I would like to inform you that some treatments can be uncomfortable (or even hurt) for the novice customer. Naturally you don't need to sit through the whole 'ordeal' if it is intolerable.

  • Please take in to consideration that the calculated time of every massage includes a 5 minute resting time. Exception is the Hot Stone Massage, because your body needs to dispose of the built-up warmth, this may need 5 extra minutes.
